Warranty

We are careful to keep varieties true to name. We give no warranty,
expressed or implied, as to the growth or productivity. All material to
be inspected by purchaser at delivery. Due to planting procedure,
irrigation practices and environmental conditions beyond our control we
cannot guarantee growth rate or lifespan of any plants sold.

PRICES
This price list cancels all previous price
lists. Prices shown are based on current
market conditions at the time of publication.
All prices listed are F.O.B. our yard,
Newtonville, Ontario and are subject to
changes without notice.
TERMS
Our terms of payment are cash, E-transfer, Visa, MasterCard, American
Express or Debit Card. If credit has been established
with us, accounts are payable net
30 days from date of invoice. Overdue accounts
are subject to a 2% per month (24%
per annum) service charge, plus collection
charges if applicable. All plants remain the
property of Davidson Tree Farms Ltd.
until such time that payment has been
received in full.
H.S.T. will be charged as required on all
sales
ORDERS
Orders booked are subject to being rendered
void in whole or in part in the event
of crop losses, or lack of stock due to other
causes over which we have no control
DELIVERY
Stock can be delivered to Ontario customers within our Delivery Zone.

GUARANTEE
We guarantee stock to be true to name,
size and in good condition at time of
shipping. If any stock should prove to be
untrue to name, we will replace it with other
stock, or return amount paid, but in no case
will we be held responsible for any amount
greater than that originally received for
such stock. We will not be held responsible
for the transportation of stock. We also do
not guarantee any plant stock to survive
the transplanting since the most important
conditions for survival are planting and
maintenance, which are beyond our control.
CLAIMS
In case of shortages, damages, errors,
rejections or other discrepancies, claims
must be reported in writing within 5 days of
receipt of stock to receive consideration.
RETURNS
No Stock may be
returned once they have left our yard.
